1.What type of hair do you sell? 

-We sell 100% Raw hair, cut from a single donor. No chemicals, No steam processing, No fillers or mixed fibers. Raw hair lasts 3-5+ years with proper care.

2.Does the hair shed or tangle?

-All hair from a real human donor will have minimal natural shedding, but there should be no excessive shedding or tangling when cared for properly. 

To prevent shedding: 

-Do not cut wefts. If you must cut them, seal them.

To prevent tangling: 

-Brush from ends to root. Keep hair moisturized (raw hair LOVES conditioner).

3.Can the hair be colored or bleached? 

-Yes. Our raw hair lifts beautifully to #613 blonde or lighter. Please have color done by a professional to protect hair integrity. 

4.How many bundles do I need?

-16"-20" = 2-3 bundles 

-22"-26"= 3 bundles

-28"-34"= 4-5 bundles 

5.Can i install the hair multiple times?

-Yes-with proper care, raw hair can be used over and over again.

1.How long is processing time?

-Processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Custom textures or lengths may take 5-7 business days.

2.How long does shipping take?

-Standard Shipping (US): 3-5 Business Days

-Express Shipping (US): 1-2 Business Days

Tracking numbers are sent VIA email once your order ships. 

3.Do you ship internationally?

-Yes. International shipping is available. Shipping times vary by location. 

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues:

1.Do you offer returns or exchanges?

-Due to the nature of hair extensions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (Unopened/Unused hair may qualify for an exchange within 7 days, at our discretion. 

2.My hair is tangling/shedding- What can i do?

-Raw hair requires moisture just like natural hair.

Try:

-Co-washing with conditioner

-Detangling from ends-up

-Allow hair to air dry

3.What if my package was stolen?

-Once the package is scanned as "Delivered", we are no longer responsible. 

Please contact USPS/UPS directly to file a claim.

Maintenance & Care:

1.How often should I wash the hair?

-Every 1-2 weeks, depending on product build-up and styling.

2.Can the hair be curled or straightened?

-Yes-use heat protectant and keep temperatures below 450*F.

3.How should I store the hair?

-Use the satin storage bag included in your order.
