Due to the nature of hair extensions, we do not allow returns or refunds once an order has been placed. We take hygiene, product integrity, and customer safety very seriously. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair that has been worn, installed, colored, cut, altered, or removed from it's original packaging. 

Exchanges (If Applicable):

We accept exchanges ONLY IF:

1.The hair is unused, unopened, and in it's original packaging. 

2.The bundle wefts have not been cut, brushed, combed, washed, installed, or altered in anyway. 

3.A request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, the customer is responsible for:

1.Shipping the product back to us.

2.Shipping fees on the replacement item.

We recommend using USPS or UPS with tracking because we are not responsible for lost return packages. 

Non-Exchange Items:

-We cannot accept exchanges on:

1.Hair removed from original packaging.

2.Hair that has been installed, brushed, combed, washed, cut, colored, bleached or altered.

3.Sale items/discounted bundles.

4.Custom orders (specific textures, lengths, frontal/closure sizes requested.)

Order Quality Review:

Every order goes through a 3-step quality check prior to shipping:

1.Hair texture and length verification.

2.Weft and bundle inspection.

3.Sanitization+packaging.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1.Order number.

2.Photos and/or videos of the issue.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

-Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, House of Jaded is no longer responsible. For lost, damaged, or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with:

Order Cancellation:

-Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Processing begins immediately to ensure fast shipping.
